Where is my delivery?

Where is my package?

Within Germany, the goods are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on the size of the order.

Since the shipping bills are partly created automatically at the time of invoicing, it may happen that you receive an email before the goods have actually been shipped. Please be patient and follow the delivery time indicated for each product. If the status does not change within several days, please feel free to contact us. 

Why has my package still not been shipped even though I have already received shipment information?

The delivery time may vary slightly depending on the order situation. If it should take a little longer, this may be due to the fact that production takes more time, for example. This is the case, for example, with more extensive orders with several different products. For example, the production of two wall cushions, each with a different size and color, takes longer than the production of 4 identical chair cushions.

Can I change the place of delivery and the dayof  my package?

Yes, this is possible! Via our shipping partner DHL you will receive an e-mail for parcel notification when the invoice is issued. This can be used to specify a desired delivery location, such as a parcel store, or to change the delivery day.

If the parcel carrier does not find anyone at home, you can use the tracking function to see whether the parcel has been left with a neighbor or at a store, for example.
