How long will it take to dispatch my order?
The shipping time is usually specified in the offer. Please note that 95% of all items are only produced after an order is placed. Therefore, the delivery time strongly depends on our current workload. Standard cushion shapes are typically delivered within 3-5 days. Custom cuts, bench cushions, back cushions, and other made-to-measure products usually take 5-10 days to arrive.
What shipping options are offered?
We send parcels exclusively with DHL goGreen. Smaller goods are sent as small parcels or letters to minimise packing volume.
Are shipping costs charged
We deliver free of charge within Germany from 49.00 euros. The shipping costs for Europe and non-European countries such as the USA and Canada, for example, are calculated based on the total of the shopping basket. Please add the products to your shopping basket to get an initial overview of the shipping costs.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to almost the whole world. If you cannot find your delivery country in the country selection, please send us an e-mail and we will be happy to check the dispatch to your country.
How can I track my consignment?
If we dispatch the goods as a parcel, you will receive a dispatch confirmation to the email address you have provided. You can then track your shipment on the DHL website.
What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
If you cannot be found, DHL will usually make a second delivery attempt or take the parcel to a Packstation or post office. The parcel will be available for collection there for a maximum of 7 days. You will receive a collection notification.
Can I choose express delivery?
In principle, we do not offer express delivery. However, we are happy to endeavour to produce the goods quickly so that they can be given as gifts or delivered more quickly for a specific purpose.
