Is it possible to exchange?

Basically yes, unless it is stated accordingly in the product.

Excluded from exchange is any kind of custom-made products where you determine the size yourself. e.g. individual bench cushions, table runners and wall pillows. 

Since we manufacture all products only after order, we ask you, also from ecological viewpoints, to avoid returns for the following reasons

- several cushions in different colors are ordered for approval
- different cushion shapes are ordered for viewing at random
- several variants of the same chair form are ordered, simple, moderate, comfort

To avoid returns we offer the following services:

- We will gladly send you up to 8 color samples free of charge
- To find a suitable shape, we will be happy to advise you in detail BEFORE ordering in the chat      or by mail.

- We also offer the sending of suitable patterns free of charge.
