Why can't I add the product to the shopping cart?
To add the product to your shopping cart, all required fields must be completed.
If you receive a corresponding message, please check if you have filled in all the necessary selection fields. The most important details include:
Color of the top/front side
Color of the bottom/back side
Corner shape
Dimensions
Number of eyelets
Note on color selection:
The color you select will be marked with a red circle. In some cases, the selection may not be applied immediately, even after clicking. Therefore, please check that both the top and bottom sides have the desired color marked with a red circle, as shown in the example with "Sky" and "Curry."
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Answer: Changes to an order are usually possible as long as it has not been processed or shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and the desired changes. We will check if the adjustments can still be made.

When will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after completing your purchase. The confirmation will include details of your order, such as the items purchased, total cost, and shipping information. If you cannot find the email also in your spam folder either, it’s possible that the order was not completed. Please check your payment method to see if a charge has been made. Can I place an order as a guest, or do I need an account?
You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account offers additional benefits, such as accessing your order history, faster checkouts for future purchases, and saving your shipping address. The choice is yours!
How can I check the status of my order?
You can easily track the status of your order. If you have created an account, log in and go to "My Orders" to view the details. Alternatively, you will find a tracking link in the order confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If you have any further questions, our customer service team is happy to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible as long as we have not yet started production. If you have made a mistake with your order or have changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can stop production in good time.
