Exchange possible?

Most of our products can be exchanged within 14 days according to the legal withdrawal period. We explicitly state in each offer if a product is excluded from exchange.

All custom made products are excluded from exchange as they are made to customer specifications. This includes custom bench cushions, wall back cushions, table runners, and custom rectangular and trapezoidal cushions that require custom specifications.
